* Preparations & Foundations - En Dehors (45 mins)

* Strength & Conditioning Strategy & Practice.(30 mins)

* Enchainement Practice. (30 mins)

Can I do this from home?
Absolutely ! You can use a kitchen work surface, the back or a chair or a table to act as a barre and we would just advise a wooden or laminate floored area and not carpet.
What is the cost and what if I can't make that date or time?
The cost of this Pirouette Seminar is £25.00. The session will be delivered on Zoom, recorded and will be sent to you after the live session has taken place. This means you do not have to attend on the date or time published, you just simply need to watch the recording and take part when it is convenient for you.

What the course is about, and who it is aimed at.
A complete beginners guide to classical ballet from the very beginning. 6 full lessons of 75 mins each starting your journey into the world of classical ballet with a detailed, accessible and completely inclusive form of instruction.
These classes are recordings of live sessions on Zoom from January to March 2026, as part of my new global dance training platform to make ballet more simplistic, enjoyable and achievable.
Sadly the live classes have passed, no homework will be sent but you can enjoy these classes and take as many as you want up until May 6th, after which these classes will be deleted.

I am so excited to build a brand new community for ballet and that begins with my first ever omline ballet class on Zoom for novice to elementary level dancers. This class is perfect for anyone looking to learn and improve their ballet skills and I promise that no stone will be left unturned, to help you improve and master your classical ballet technique.
What to expect
Engaging and interactive online class to a modern soundtrack.
Professional ballet instruction with every step broken down for your development.

Open to level 2 (novice) & level 3 (elementary) dancers
Classes will be held every 2 weeks
No special equipment needed - but a chair or kitchen work top would be useful to act as a barre.
